This package is designed for a small office with 5 phones, 2 phone numbers (DID), 1 virtual fax number, no extra features.

  • unlimited internal calls
  • 1 device will have its own phone number (DID)
  • 4 devices will share a phone number (DID)
  • 3 outbound channels (simultaneous calls), at most 3 devices can dial out at the same time
  • 3 inbound channels (simultaneous calls), at most 3 devices can receive inbound calls, the 4th call will be busy
  • 1 virtual fax number (DID)
  • call detail records (CDR)
  • call forwarding and call transfer
  • 500 national minutes included
  • extra minutes billed at 0,025 euro / minute

  • 1 call queue served by two agents (both phones will ring until one agent answers)
